1. No Return on Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered cosmetic and hair care products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes:
• Shampoo
• Hair oil
• Hair serum
• Any personal care or cosmetic product

 

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement is applicable only in the following cases:
• You received a wrong product
• You received a damaged or leaking product
• You received an expired product

 

3. Conditions for Approval

To be eligible for return/replacement:
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Clear unboxing video or photos must be shared as proof

Requests without proper evidence may not be approved.

 

4. Refund Policy
• Approved refunds will be processed only for prepaid orders
• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

👉 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refund, only replacement (if applicable).
